12.3 tiles for the second charge, a bit less than very slow heroes. In comparison Ninja charge on 4.9/9.8/14.7

Preliminary testing shows that it takes about ~5.6 tiles to fill the mana bar of the Heroes to first tier, and 12.3, 12,5 12.3 tiles to charge to second tier. (no mana troop used).

TLDR: No mana troop will drop the tile requirements for the first charge but may be achievable for sequential charges.
It LOOKS to be about 4.8-4.9 tiles to charge each time.
