Left and right defense position

Hi all , what is the difference between left and right wing and same as flank because I see alberich need to but in left wing , what happened if I put in right wing ?

Defense AI uses specials from left to right.

If Alby is on right wing, uses special, revives a hero, that revived hero will not use their special.

Another example is attack up, defense down, dispel, and cleanse heroes are often better on left whereas someone like Lianna or Joon who are more straight damage dealers are better on the right.
