I decided to try Frida in place of 3-60 Chao.
I’m not sure that really helped, but it didn’t hurt a ton either. 
The Battle
Without healers, this remains one of the only of the Trials where I still need notable items.
I duked it out for a while, but I ended up needing 4 Bombs and 1 Axe to finish them off and not push my luck too much.
I used up all of my Healing and Minor Healing pots too.
Shiny New Emblems
Paladin Falcon went up one to hit +18, the end of his ride for now at least.
Ranger Triton also stepped up one node to +8, which is nice for being over one of the two remaining 40-Emblem humps.
A Snack for Later
My current blue project is my second Sonya, and she’s actually at 4-69, so the Trainer Hero XP would be partially wasted.
So I’m holding onto it for my next blue…
…which is, um…
…Agwe?
…a second Boril?
…a third Sonya?
…a third Grimm?
…Graymane?
I should figure that out…
