Technically, nothing can prevent you from maxing them all, provided you have enough mats.
On the other hand, why would you do it? Leonidas is not the best 5* to have 3 of them. What are chances to get other yellow 5*?
What would you need 3 maxed Leo’s for? You would not use more than one in a raid or a defense team. Do you need 3 for wars?
I’d rather have multiple Joons or Vivicas.
Level the first Leo with darts, the second one with tonics, and the third one with scopes. If you have Joon, give him the darts.

I have Leo at 80. I have two more at 1/1. I have the mats to raise one, but I’m not going to. He is OK, handy even, but more than one is probably not really needed

Only key heroes are worth a dupe or when you have a fully pumped roster and enough resources with no other options. Leo is far from being a key hero. I wouldn’t even level one, but if I had no other options I would.

Sorry Deaco dont understand leo leveled with darts and the other leos with different acsension materials ? Thought each hero has set items.

@Craw That was just a clear but sarcastic way of saying that you only need to level one as clearly, you cannot ascend Leonidas using tonics or scopes. As mentioned by the posters above, you can ascend all of them provided you have the materials necessary for such. But more than one maxed is too much as there are far better holy legendaries out there. Save your darts for other better heroes.
Have one sitting there at 1/1 my yellow is my weakest colour really very rarely pull any.

Dont run a tc20 no more, next event is Priates no yellow there havent really pulled at S3 as yet.
Dont even wanna take Leo to 3/70 unless I’m gonna max all the way.
Think season 3 might be time to do some pulls there me thinks.
I have 3 Leonidases and only one is leveled at 3/70. If he was just a fast mana generating hero, I may ascend him. Alas, it is like the case in purple with Sartana vs Domitia where I ascended first Domitia since she was my only purple legendary at that time, until Kageburado, Seshat and Sartana, in that order, landed all on my lap in just a span of 30 days. I have maxed the costume version of Dom but I lack the costume of Sartana. In the case of yellows, I have maxed Joon and his costume and is working on a second Joon and his costume.
