Help with green

I only have 1 tonic but I have 13 shields. Atm my maxed greens are:

5* Evelyn and The Hatter
4* Caedmon, Melendor, and Peters
3* Berden, Mnesseus, Muggy, and Shrubbear

My pool of who to do next is:

5* Horghall, Kingston (3 of him), Lianna
4* Little John or Skittleskull

I have 3 costumes for Skittleskull, should I do the bog/candy witch next?

I would do a Kingston.

Similar to Evelyn where he makes other greens better.
Also, his attack is definitely better than Caedmon at 3/70.
