I’m a newish (< 6mos) p2p player who’s accumulated a fair number of 5* heroes. I’ve leveled most of them to 2.60, some to 3.70 and have taken Joon and Athena through the final ascension and am pushing them to 4.80. I’ve spent time recently on maxing my 3* and 4* bench, and am at the point I can refocus on leveling the 5* heroes.
In the near term, I have materials to ascend several more heroes, and I’d love some help prioritizing. I enjoy raids and alliance wars, and only do Titans/Challenge Events for the materials, so I’d optimize for heroes that are good for raids over the other activities, particularly raid offense.
I’m currently running TC20 (I’ve had good luck with it so far!), and will continue for the time being with 1-2 10x pull for each challenge event, Atlantis portal and seasonal event, so if the consensus is that none of the heroes I have are worth ascending, I’m good holding off. I’ve put the lists below in my priority order, but would really appreciate feedback!
I’m more of a newbie than you are so will mostly lurk to see what feedback you get, but personally I would go with Kunchen, Eve (Tarlak first if you don’t have Wu Kong - as you mentioned doing titans even if only for mats) and Marjana.
It’s harder for yellow and blue - you have Ariel and Poseidon, an awesome team, but you also already have Joon and for purple healer Kunchen seems your best option. Frida is fantastic for stacking. Onatel is basically unstoppable once she goes off (or at least feels like it) - but she could still be useful on offense at 3.70 (as could Frida).
With your roster I guess you have maxed 4* mana controllers?
I’ve got Wu Kong and Wilber both maxed as my 4* indispensables, and have Merlin maxed and Proteus leveled but not maxed. I’ve got both Hansel and Gretel at mid levels as well.
I don’t see using mats on Poseidon, given that I’ve got Joon already ascended.
Given that I like raids more than Titans, I agree that Frida seems like a better choice than King Arthur.
I get that Poseidon doesn’t feel like a priority when you already have Joon, and in Marjana you have another sniper. Do you like Onatel?
What power teams do you usually raid against? Is survivability an issue, with your current healer (if you bring one)? You have the best 5* healers in the game available - maybe Ariel makes more sense than Kunchen though, unless you want a purple tank for def team. I use Kunchen and with my style of play he is too slow to be optimal for offense, he needs support via BT/Kiril. He himself survives anything, but he’s not much use as the last man standing… and you are already stacked with other def down options.
Sartana might pop out of tc20, or Kage make a show in the next Atlantis!
if I had your bench, I would go to:
Purple: Kunchen
Yellow: Onatel
Blue: Arthur
Green would choose between Alby/Lianna
Red: Marjana and Elena
I would take into account to have a balance between defense and offense, but it also depends on your entire roster (maybe not the 3*, but the 4* for sure)
