Help! Who to ascend first!?

Hi all! I play less than a year and still trying to build a good hero roster! In the last months I got many 5* heroes but I don’t have enough ascension materials for all…today I got the purple tome and I can ascend to the final stage only one of the following, who to choose?:

Freya, Oniwakamaru, Thor Costume, Mr. Pengi, Kara

( I also have Congalach and Roughian and Nugrib in the waiting list but they miss more ascension materials than the others)

Mind that my present team consists of Ariel (lvl85, 19 talents), Grace (lvl 85, 19 talents), Khepri (lvl85, 20 talents), Horus (lvl 85, 9 talents), Costume Gravemaker (lvl 80, 12 talents).

I will do it in this order:

Pengi, Oniwakamaru, thor, freya, kara

In my honest opinion, they are all worth levelling…
Your options are
(1) take all to 3/70 play around with them and see who you enjoy most
(2) If it was me then Mr Pengi first followed by Kara
Whichever hero you choose good luck
