I’d not ascend any of the choices you have tbh. Stonecleave is a only really any use in the no yellow 4* tournament as a Tank. Beyond that he’s Meh tbh.
So as above either hang fire for a 2nd Tibs or ascend him if you have him. Definitely how I’d go in your position.
It’s a little like Frigg following Frigg (yes Inknow this is rich people problems
