Hi! Im new to this forum. Im playing this game about more than six months and Im active about five months. Why I havent received a five star heroe yet? Other players who just starting playing the game have received a five star. Is it just luck? Or its about algorythmes?

Your concern APPEARS to be what we in the biz call a ālegitimateā concern. Here in this thread we have "totally legitimate, 100% real concerns that MUST be addresssed immediately OR else 
" I understand that the difference is subtle, and as a new forum goer it maybe isnāt immediately clear what the distinction is. But, sometimes thatās life my friend.
What Iām trying to say is: to answer your question. Yes. Luck plays a role. Also. Money. But either way, your question probably doesnāt belong in this thread due to its apparent legitimacy.

Where to get 5* heroes:
From Training Camp (TC) level 20 training. At five months, you may be approaching this important milestone.
TC20 training takes two days, and each one has about a 5% chance of giving you a 5* hero. This is the most surefire way to get 5* heroes.
Otherwise the only other way is through the summoning portal: using gems or EHT (epic hero tokens).
EHT are a very rare (and awesome) reward. But you can probably count with just your fingers how many you got over 5 months. With each summon on the portal, you have a ~2.5% chance to get a 5* hero.
So if you make 50 summons, there is a good chance youāll get ONE 5* hero.
If you arenāt buying gems, itās entirely possible you havenāt made 50 summons yet. If you have, then youāve been somewhat unlucky.
Those new players who do have 5* are either very lucky, OR have spent a decent amount of cash. (10 summons costs about $20-30 USD depending on the deal purchased).

You can only get 5* from the top options at the portal. Currently pirates or Epic.
The āDaily Summonā gives a MAX of 3* hero.

Keep in mind Legendary means 5*, and Epic means 4*.

Yes I know that. Thanks a lot for the efford. Can I suggest something? I think that it would be nice if the creators of the game give the chance for all players to earn a Legendary hero token at least once in a while, or to buy one with diamonds. Many players including my self like this game so much because it brings something different. And in my opinion a Legendary hero token would be something good.
One last thing I want to mention is that I have a lot of four-star heroes but I have only received two compasses and I canāt ascend my 4-star heroes.

The game gives you Epic Hero tokens here and there, with those you pull from the legendary pool with a chance to get a 5*, I got Onatel on my f2p account that way.
I know. But a new kind of token only for 5 stars heroes would be wonderfull.

One last thing I want to mention is that longer time someone playing this game should increasing his/her chanses to draw a five star (1.5% is nothing). Creators of the game need to be fair and justice to their players because we like the game and sometimes we spent money for the game. This is my humble opinion.

Thatās about how it works in Fire Emblem Heroes, for example. Every five rolls w/o a 5* the chance to get one increases by a small percentage. Wouldnāt hurt this game either.

I honestly dont know the game you mentioned but I agree with you. That would be great. Or they can increase the chanse to draw a 5 star hero by 0,2% - 0,5% per month until someone reach (permanately) 20%-40% chanses to draw a 5 star hero over the years. I personally joined the game empires and puzzles more than 210 days ago. So a coupon in order to excange all this months (for all the players) in %chanses to receive a 5 star hero would be fair enough.
The players of this game are also clients of this game. The question is: Do you respect your clients?

There have been several suggestions along this line made in the #ideas-feature-requests section. My advice would be to use the search feature to find a few of them, pick which one you like, and vote for it. The devs really do read those posts.

Ive been playing for about a year. I have NO 5* heros. I have almost 5 teams of 4* heros with the exception of purple( I have 1, 4* hero in purple). My husband who started playing almost a month after me has 6, 5* heros. Hes even ended up using his dimonds and gotten free draws to receive the 5*. WTF I cant even get 1. Sometimes it can be so discouraging.

I got a HOTM (Frida) on a daily summons, but 10 of my 19 5-star heroes came from 10x draws on Atlantis. I like the 10x Atlantis draw the best because you get the bonus ascension chest which includes at unfarmable ascension materials.

I have spent over $300 on this game in the last year or so and only have received 2 5* heroes. One Anzogh and other Isarnia, but not really helpful as I canāt ascend them due to lack of ascension items. You would think spending that much money would at least get you one good hero. There is a lot of unhappy players in almost every alliance Iāve been in. Some at the point of quitting sense they donāt have much more that excites them without getting 5* heroes.

I have spent more than that in my first month. Look guysā¦ this is a business like any otherā¦ but there is a But. I can tell you from experience with 6 5* heroās the following. You still have to level them up which means you still need to grind. Itās an awesome game but (as a business owner) they didnāt do this only for your entertainment. They took a great concept and made it happenā¦ and learned how to make money. It still tries to be fair though. The best and most powerful players out there have all told me the same thing. Itās a matter of time. Like I saidā¦ I have several 5s, but for now Iām leveling up my 4s to give me the resources and Patience to get to the top level guys. Just enjoy, be patient and be strategic. I am sorry if this offends anyone but itās the simple truth from Candy Saga to this game, which is the ā ā ā ā . You will get there look at the days on the top playersā¦ itās a year or two. So enjoy the journey.

Getting 5* heroes is a nice thing when it happens. Iām grateful for every single one. If youāre still less than a year in you probably havenāt got a team powerful enough to finish the rare quests where you earn those ascension materials to ascend a 5* to the 4th tier. Iām totally okay with being proven wrong on that front but my alt account is completely ftp and I donāt have a single 5* hero. My alt account is in the 6-12 months playing timeframe. It takes a while, some are luckier than others and get a 5* right off the bat. I bet they couldnāt use that 5* for a good long while though. It has been mentioned on several other threads that this is a long term game and that patience is the key. I agree with getting the training camp to level 20 (TC20). Iāve received 2 5* heroes (both Sartana) from there. Thatās the best way imo. Keep on it and youāll get there. Happy gaming.
