He’s not on my D team, it is mostly for yellow stacks in province levels. After Joon (+6) my options are:
Li Xiu (+1) - Low damage and the mana drain does nothing on normal province enemies. On special stages I find her drain isn’t really enough either. I think she’s more for raiding and AW. I don’t have the costume (yet, I hope).
Wu (+20) - As I said before, he is mostly relegated to titan teams and deeper AW teams.
Chao (+1) - Damage isn’t great, survivability is okay. Is more helpful then Li Xiu on controlling mana against bosses IMO. He does get some province use on S3 hard.
Danzaburo (+1) - I started to mix him in because of his 5* def and HP, I don’t need to worry about him dying as fast. I set up the team where they don’t depend on his power, so if it happens, great. If he freezes, o well.
Gretel (+1) - Her power is great on bosses and special stages and her attack is really high, especially compared to the others. The high attack comes at the price of lower def and HP. I struggle to keep her alive some times on S3 hard.
I can send roster picks later if it would help weigh in. All my maxed 4’s get the first emblem so they have some chance of their special ability. They all see use, so I don’t see the emblems as wasted. Rogue emblems are currently on Kelile and Scarlett. They’re both either +18 or +17. They’re my red hitters.
I am F2P so just summoning isn’t viable for me, but I am zeroing on 2600 gems for a 10 pull soon. I hope to have it in less than a month. Any events you feel are best for that?

I can give you the best answer here. 10months ago i had 2 rogues of 4 or 5*. Scarlett and danza.
He seemed ok at first high stats, 66% chance of something good , 33% something great and 33 something awull
As time went i started to hate this dude. Was ok on raid but at wars he absolutely distroyed me. Freze when all i needed was 150 damage to mother or alby…for 3 wars
Please don’t give the emblem’s to Danzaburo … His abilities are just random abilities … You never know what is using of them… But is just my opinion… The only 4* heroes to give the emblem’s are the gamechangers like Proteus or heroes like Boldtusk or kiril awesome everywhere… But are many many 4* heroes better than Danzaburo
I do not like danzaburo on offense. I did get use out of him when I was a lower level as a yellow tank when that is what my alliance used for war. He is surprisingly tanky - also when he hit with anything but freeze, he posed a much higher threat than my other yellow options at the time. That being said, I have not touched my Danza in a very long time. He sits maxed on my bench with 0 emblems (the same could be said about lots of other heroes as well).
I think he is worth maxing if you are F2P - I don’t know that I would give him emblems.
I used Danzaburo for quite some time and was happy enough with him. Of course when he freezes it’s an annoyance, but when he strikes he’s never irrelevant.
One important thing: I used him mostly in my mono yellow, with Poseidon’s mana protection (that will prevent the mana freeze). That really helps to minimize the impact of the freeze.
One last note: it is true indeed that there better 4s. But not many of those are yellow, actually quite few: Gretel and Mist. For yellows, Danzaburo is an option definitely worth considering
Hopefully the pictures above worked, I am new to the boards and not super tech savvy. Those are all my leveled 4 and 5* heroes, which are my options. Within the past month I got a Thorne and a second Domitia too, but that’s it otherwise. I am close to having enough gems saved for a 10 pull, so I do hope to have new higher level projects soon. Again, F2P so working with what I got. I do not disagree there are better heroes, I just can’t plan to get them in my situation.
Anyway, the biggest issue for me is yellow stacks on Season 3 hard. Danzaburo is appealing due to his survivability but, as you can see my options are limited. Gretel is nice, but can’t take a lot of damage. The others I think 2 of 3 of Danza’s powers are better and the third power nothing bad happens, just nothing happens.

You have a nice deck for a F2P … You have enough really good 4* heroes… The only problem that you have just Sabina… You need boldtusk, kiril or Melendor to be sure to overcome season 3…you have just to wait (because you’re F2P) one of this 3 heroes, than will be moore easy … For the 10 pulls i will suggest to wait Avalon in July, best event ever
Event: Guardians event best one in my opinion (June 2020)
Non event: I would personally do Atlantis for now… especially since next month they have some good featured heroes, you have a chance at proteus, and/or wilbur. Both amazing heroes. Otherwise, they are releasing some new S3 (4*) heroes soon that will make pulling at S3 even more attractive for a F2P player.

I am not sure what you mean about Sabina though. I do have Rigard, Kiril, Melendor (w/ costume), and Boldtusk. Costume Melendor has been HUGE for me. Hoping to get some more costume pulls next week!
I agree, I wish I had Wilbur and Proteus. I beat Atlantis on normal and hard, used all the tokens, and the best I got were 3*’s, Danza, and Ameonna. What can ya do … Are Atlantis 10 pulls 2600 or 3k?
Hadn’t considered Guardians much. I think my last 10 pull was Avalon and only got Bauchan to show for it.
See my dilemma on purple enemy heavy hard missions now? Maybe I just bring Joon and heavy on a neutral color.
I would do Guardian event and hope you pull guardian Jackal, or Falcon. There’s also the chance that you will pull Guardian Gazelle, or Guardian Panther.
Tony Danzaburro is a lot of fun. You actively watch what his special will role. Most of the time it’s good. Occasionally, it’s nothing-not good or bad.
Got one maxed one 3/60 my 3/60 does better in war on special haha. Emblems dunno can be case use what you got now if you a few reset tokens won’t hurt to put on him.
I couldn’t resist that Danzaburo fires mainly when I’m winning anyway and freezes when I really need him to hit. He got stripped of 18(?) emblem nodes right after I’ve maxed Domitia. Trying not to use him at all anymore in care for my mental health.
