I just collected my second pair of 4 orbs (first was used in the lixiu shown in the picture).
So, where am I supposed to use them??
I included fully levelled up Lixiu above so that you can see I already have one. I own no further 4 or 5 star yellows. That’s all I have above 
I am even thinking of keeping the orbs for a potential 5 star since I already have a fully levelled yellow 4star.
What would you do if you were in my shoes??

You pobably can get new orbs before yellow 5* will come.
I love Lixiu, I’m maxing secomd one now. IMO she is better than Hutao. I’m between Li and Danza. If Danza freeze isn’t bog problem for you go with him, if you hate it choose second Li.
Also notice that both Danzas are 3/60 while Li xiu and HuTao almost untouched. So I am actually considering lvlling up one of the Danza’s immediately
How high are yours training camos and farms?
4* at 1^01 can be take to 3^60 in ~1 week
farms are at an average of 12 lvl each.
I have 2 TC11, 1 TC13 and 1 TC20
Go Danza. Li is ok, but not more. My Booboy just reached talent 9 with todays emblems. I use him much more often than Li. She only delays the enemy for 2 turns, while Danza freezes… But if not, he’ll cast badass.
Your farms are too little IMO to get Li in week, so like @Olmor said go with Danza

Danzaburo is not a monkey… It’s a tanuki in Japanese or a racoon dog in English.
Oh and btw, I just loev my Danzaburo… He was my only yellow 4 star and rogue hero when I got him. So I fully ascended him and put emblems too. He is quite powerful I would say, you just have to deal with the freezes. All I do is when I click his special, I have just learned to ignore. I just assume he will freeze, but when he doesn’t he just deals a very powerful blow.
As an extensive Danza user - first by necessity, now by choice - I can say I think you will be surprised by how much you like him. Yes, he will frustrate you at times, but he’s got tanky defense and HP, and that sword attack is just NASTY. I can see holding out for a better option in yellow, but I’ve learned from reading around the boards that - unless you pull Guardian Jackal this weekend - there aren’t really many good 4-star yellow options. And yes, getting the mats for a five-star will take FOREVER. I’ve been playing daily and extensively (albeit as F2P) since September 2018, and in that time I’ve gotten a whopping 4 darts. Meanwhile, my poor Onatel waits patiently at 3^70.
Watch your mouth! Wu Kong is a monkey. As pointed out earlier, Danza is a tanooki (or tanuki).
