I was hoping for something better… this costume is just weak. Other costume is also meh. So i guess no one ever will use Little John in this game

“Normal” LJ with (double) costume bonus is definitely quite strong in mana Rush tournaments and wars. The two costume versions can be useful as well.
For players with limited rosters his high attack value makes him also an option for the green titan team.

Yes, there are much better 4* 2 Costume-heroes than LJ, but still many players will find him useful

I got this one today. Honestly, I think it’s only good for the bonus to either C1 or base form. The power itself is fine, but at slow speed it’s simply happening WAY too late is most matches. I guess there is maybe an argument for PvE with elite mobs and stuff where you can use mana pots too, but even then most people either have better options, or are new and will therefore have better options soon.

I guess Druid class helps him survive at slow speed with the big bonus minions … that isn’t a reason enough to use him often though.

I think, LJ is a bit underestimated especially the base hero. The mana- generation literally paralizes the complete team in rush. Although my roster is quite good, i like to experiment with warteams and i frequently used him as a support hero. Instead of using the special skills on very fast, -68% mana- means that all enemy are acting on slow speed. The costumes are just useful for improving the original stats.
