No, they do not stack.
White Rabbit will be more useful to Neith, since being fast, dealing a good amount of damage and dropping defense are all excellent skills to have in most parts of the game. Congrats on the pull! I sure wish I was so lucky.

White rabbit is normal defense debuff it is stackable with jackals elemental debuff
Ok I’m assuming my luck for white rabbit is a no go lol. So my next choices are take ranvir to 4th tier to finally finish him or is neith worth taking priority?
RNGesus turned my blue gem water into White Rabbit and Neith (plus expected 3* food).

Thanks. Stupid odds. I know. I did three 10 pulls. First two were a buffet of dawangishtaakunnars. A couple 4* dupes to boot. Again, expected. So I was stoked to see rabbit. Not unhappy to have Neith but kinda chuckled when the bonus draw showed itself.

Yeah my three 10 pulls werent too great lol first time I got screwed on a 30 pull guess it was bound to happen one day.
