Who would be better Clarissa or Sartana? Currently have vela ,leonidas. Elena
Clarissa. She hits 3 enemies instead of 1. She does extra damage against Holy and all dark allies get extra defense against special. You will use her far more than Sartana. I have both and I have yet to level Sartana. IMO

both heros are good, but i think you lack a solid sniper and sartana is exactly that.

If you have a crit troop, then its easy. Clarissa.
She fires all 6 tiles or every 3 ghost tiles. So basically really often. Her elemental buff also helps a little bit.
Sartana is nice but her base attack stats are meeeeh and she fires two tiles later (i dont think you have mana troops on lvl 29)
I assume you mean mana troop haha. It’s game-changing though.

Definitely Clarissa, and I don’t have Sartana. The post-initial hit poisoning is everything. Set and forget.
It will bring you joy watching a Vela crumble even if she fires before she dies!
I don’t know how often you run a stack of 3/4/5 purples, but I find Clarissa’s special skill defense boost immensely helpful. Her poison would stack nicely with Vela’s water damage too. I love snipers, but my vote goes to Clarissa.

Ditto…the defense boost (which is not dispellable) is vastly underrated And will REALLY help your purple stacks survive. It’s probably the best elemental link skill there is.

I have Clarissa, but she’s not maxed yet. I have Sartana maxed already, and I like both.
I think there’s no wrong answer here, but likely depends on what you want/need more and your play style.

I agree. One reason my Sartana is not leveled is because I only recently pulled her. If I had pulled as one of my first 5* purple heros like Domitia, I would have leveled and emblemed her as well. 
I agree. We generally level the first one(s) we get if pickings are slim, and go from there. Mine were Sartana, Quintus, & Obakan, so they are done.

To elaborate on a point made earlier: Clarissa can fire her special after only six tiles (or three ghosted tiles) if she has a 4* mana troop of level 11 or higher. (The “level 11 or higher” part hadn’t been mentioned yet.)
Personally, without context, I’d say Clarissa is the better choice, for a few reasons:
- Faster charge, obviously
- She does more damage overall (including both direct damage and poison damage), and her damage is all applied in two turns, whereas Sart’s poison is slower.
- As someone else stated above, if you play mono on offense (or even 4/1 or 3/2), her element link is extremely powerful.
Her other benefits (immunity to poison, and extra damage vs holy enemies) are pretty useful too, though they shouldn’t be big factors in the decision making process, IMO.
The only way I’d say you should pick Sartana is if you already have a lot of 5s maxed, but you somehow still lack snipers.

Thanks for all the advice. I currently only have Vela maxed. But Leonidas is over halfway on the final tier. I also have Frida, Isarnia., Elena at 3-70, and just got Richard, Azlar, and noor who I haven’t started leveling yet.
One day, when you collect 18 more scopes, you’re going to have a really solid mono blue attack team! Great synergies between Isarnia, Frida, Vela and Richard. (If you’re lucky, you’ll get a better option than Richard by the time you’re ready to max him.)

No one is mentioning the cleanse aspect with DoT here. I find Sartana to be more my style, and her jinx skill can let her OS a hero if it procs. Clarissa is reliant on her DoT more than Sartana is and more often than not I can cleanse her DoT the turn she fires or within one turn.
Both great cards, I lean Sartana for how I play.
