I like Sif, but I use Gazelle on my primary yellow attack team so I can’t see how they could work together. But maybe Rana could?
Otherwise would be war depth.

Don’t have Rana. Have Sif and she is absolutely awesome and overall much better than Rana. That being said, with Gazelle her special would be wasted, unless used next to Gazelle, which may help her live longer and thus prevent the extra damage. Whether it’s worth it is your call, since it is still 2/3rds of wasted special. If you insist on hero consistently used with Gazelle, then Rana. In every other case, Sif.
Especially for field aid wars Rana can be great.
Sif for def, Rana for war depth.
If you have other DoTs, Rana stacks devastatingly.
Not sure if this is for your war or raid defence but if it is I would focus on Sif - 100%.
If not for defence then I would go for Rana you will get more use out of her.

This is just for offense/depth really, I have Poseidon +18 on my defense teams and it will be a very long time before I have enough emblems for Sif to consider replacing him.
I can’t say anything on Rana, but Sif is a beast on offense. She absolutely punishes all direct damagers (except Kage). Plus she protects and Mana buffs herself and 2 other heroes.
Rana. I have both. She and Gazelle go together quite well. Onatel is also in that mix, all at average mana. My other mono holy are fast heroes in Joon, Drake and Poseidon. They are complimented with my other 4 star heroes depending on mana speed, i.e. 3 Jackals, 2 Gretels, Mist, Woolerton, etc.
Rana was my first yellow five star maxed, she is emblemed in the mid range and she is still one of my most used 5 stars. She is great on attack teams, probably underrated which may also be attributed to the situation that many players grade her from meeting on defense as she is rather hard to get with being available once for two weeks a year only… my Sif is still unlevelled and I do not plan to level her soon, although she is not bad. That being said, I would take Rana up.

Think against the current meta defenses sif might be slightly better, because she is almost a safe kill if she is active while vela, finley, etc. go off.
But:
Rana is cool. Slight base damage, Cleans herself (whats quite nice), has a tremendous DoT (she gets all my emblems up to 17) and a great healblock.
As there come some heroes like baldur, that might be a very very very mean tank that is almost unkillable after he healed himself up +1000… i think and hope healblockers as rana, roc, perseus will get more important with the time
Just pulled rana at most recent sand empire., havent started on her yet. Just finished with Sif +3 and am really enjoying her on offense. I dont think either will ever make my defense over Joon and poseidon, but Sif is way more useful than i’d expected.
