Another Hero Lineup Help Thread - Please!

Hey everyone. I tend to be long-winded, so I’ll put the quick and easy version first. I would like some help identifying lineups using my specific heros. I would like to know which ones to use Ascension items on first and maybe identify if there are any major gaps/needs long term.

Alright, the full details. I have been playing about six months, so still learning. I have spent a bit of money and from what I’ve read gotten pretty lucky with what I have spent. I am to the point where I feel like my stock of heroes is pretty solid and have several heroes at 3/70 and mats ready to take about one of each color to 4/80. So, with my list of heroes could you all give me some specific lineups for raid defense and attack? Which hero at each color should I fully ascend first? (I would guess attack team or most versatile.) Finally, is there a major gap, like one more hero that I absolutely MUST have to get a killer lineup? Thanks for reading, all 5* and some notable 4* heroes below!

Just fyi, for defense I am thinking something like Panther - Zeline - Guin - Marjana - Sartana.

@Luiz @Radar1 Thanks guys. These are the heroes I have definitely been trying to focus on recently, but I do have one last question. From what I have read it seems to me that Guin is much more useful for a defensive team only. If I level up the heroes that have been suggested first, am I going to struggle offensively?

No, yellow is a pretty weak color for 4* heroes and basically Jackal is the only one that you will use up ahead. So don’t regret leveling Guin.
All others will be awesome on offense too
