Are Alliance War rewards structured in anyway similar to Titan rewards, where the more points you score the better your rewards?

nope 
which is a good thing - AW are supposed to be a group effort. Structuring the rewards would make players concentrate on their own score instead of working together for the alliance war score.

Добрый день. у меня возникла проблема с игрой. сегодня (23.05.2018 около 18:20)участвовала в войне альянсов. битву выиграла, а во время отправки результатов меня выбросило из игры. в итоге победу не засчитали и героев этих я использовать не могу. как мне быть?
What about players who “opt in” but don’t actually use any of their energy flags? Do they get the same distribution as others?
If they don’t use at least one flag, they do not get loot for that war.

and their participation % in the War Chest declines, giving them lower loot quality when the chest is finally unlocked.
