 Defense Up At the start of each battle, this Hero gets +20% defense for 6 turns.
In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.

When this character casts their Special Skill, they cleanse the newest status ailment from all allies.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Midsummer’s Dream
  • Each fallen ally has a 33% chance to get revived with 23% HP.
  • All allies regenerate 712 HP over 4 turns.
  • All allies regenerate a moderate amount of mana over 4 turns.
  • Elemental Link gives all Nature allies +15% attack and +15% defense for 6 turns. This effect can’t be dispelled.

Past HotM are available from a number of locations depending on their age.

As Alberich has been released for >24 months, he can ONLY be summoned in the Tavern of Legends Portal.
He can also be “Trained” using the Hero Academy Level 10.

Tavern of Legends
HotM’s which are >12 months of age are added to the summons pool in the Tavern of Legends Portal.

Hero Academy Level 10 Retraining
HotM’s which are >12 months of age are also added as a possible outcome of Hero Academy Level 10 Retraining.

Subject to change as additional heroes are added to the Portal.

It’s important to remember that the Tavern of Legends Portal has the lowest odds for a specific hero of ANY portal… No amount of summoning will guarantee a Featured Hero.

You have a 0.25% chance of summoning a specific Featured Past HotM from the Tavern of Legends Portal (0.0125% for a specific Non-Featured).

On average, in a 10-pull, you have a 2.47% chance of summoning a particular Featured Past HotM (0.12% chance for a specific Non-Featured & 12.27% chance for ANY Past HotM).

But that statistic can lead our minds astray in exactly how our odds play out as we continue summoning.

Some useful insights:

(Each 30x Summons costs 8,000 gems or ~$79.99 USD).

  • 1 WON’T get ANY Past HotM
  • 23 WON’T get a specific Featured Past HotM
  • 83 WON’T geta a specific Non-Featured Past HotM

If 1 Million players each completed 10,000 summons, spending ~$25,000 USD:

  • 1 WON’T get ANY Past HotM
  • 1 WON’T get a specific Featured Past HotM

I got this hero early on as a featured one in the early Atlantis way back in 2018. He has saved my behind in raids far numerous times I can’t count. He is still relevant now as he was before as I use him as a safety net on my monogreen against GTV defenses. With him, I am not that much concern whether Eve, Liana with costume bonus and 2 Hansels dies attacking Tellies out there.

Pulled him today from ToL and yes, he’s one of those past HotM that are still very valuable even today, with rare special skills, joining the ranks of heroes such as Hel, Athena, Zeline and Onatel. There are three 5* clean revivers in total and each of them does things a bit differently, so while I have Heimdall he is better suited for HP boosting as his revive probability is low, while Alberich revives, heals and can speed things up with mana generation.

You are lucky. Along with Hel, Athena and Zeline, they are the first generation HOTM that still do kick some a$$, even if their overall stats are way below average compared to those current HOTMs. They don’t even have Element Link and passive abilities.

Do you think embleming node 20 worths for Alby?
Or share these emblems elsewhere (eg.Vela, Guli)

I have Alby on +19 and use him in VF wars. The 20th node isn’t worth it.

You will eventually get enough emblems to have many emblembed, but it’s also up to you how you balance your war strength. i.e. max out 5 at 20 now or spreading them out and getting to 20 over time.

Vela is worth the emblems if you don’t have another eligible hero, but there are quite a few better druids out there. Zim, Freya, Emilio.

Gulli is a monster so certainly worth some emblems.

Good advice to @Harry21. I totally agree that +20 for Alby isn’t worth it.

No Vela here, but I’d re-emblem a Gullin if I can. I’m pretty sure I stripped emblems from my Gullin +19 or so to emblem up my Alby fast. :sweat_smile:

Thanks for the answer, if only slow druids could become average (eg by troops lvl29 and 5%). Thinking it a bit more at node 20 instead of 4%, 250 emblems should give something more than just double the normal bonus of 2%. If a slow druid becomes average with 29lvltroops then 250 emblems worth the case!

I have Alby+20, and I agree with you… I only have mana trooop green max lv 20 on the way to 23 (depend on food). It is not so significant the cost 250 emblems.

Gulli, Melendor, Caedmon, Goobler if we want to use as minion remover. I currently leveling Gobbler now for fun.

I do not want reset my Alby+20 though, just in case if I wanna plan to level troop lvl 29.

Well done Cynic, I think you made a very good znd realistic comparison of the 3 revivers!
Personally, I would stick to Alby with the exception of a second chhristmas hero appear eg Santa along with MÑ (not to say for the super tank Crampus!).
