Just as title says. She worth it or hold out. Here is my primary blue mono team and could stack a second mono team for whatever with another Frida.
Should I do it or hold off?
You’ve got 17 scopes so that won’t be an issue. I don’t see any other blue hero that you would level over Frida.
It could unlcok another mono team. Second frida could also be pretty useful for Towers and Mythic Titans.

I got Richard I have not even touched, but that’s it for my blues. Richard still hits pretty good and one day I may get his costume, but a Frida Thorne combo would be nice. Hell, Frida Thorne Richard takes out any 3 too
Unfortunately me having only one Frida. I’m waiting for at least 3 more to come to me. That’s explains her quality.

For second mono I will run costume kiril along with second Frida and take out isarnia.
I have 2 maxed and emblemed (1 lb’d) and they are both used every war and for red MT. I would do it without hesitation in your position

In the position you are in with heroes/mats, definitely worth it. I have 2 C Marjanas and 1 Frida (don’t have a dupe). I had 2 Marjanas maxed before I got her costume and now with costume, I eventually plan to do 3rd one as I’m sitting on 28 rings. Having a lot of EDD heroes is always worth having, if you’re sitting on lots of mats and no better/non-dupe heroes to level up.
