I know a lot of people probably ask this. Since im vc2p, i rarely get 5*, and when i do they are usually garbage.
Also, ive read there may be new heros added to FS in February. Im wondering if i should wait or choose from the current list. Here is my roster:

If you don’t intend to summon till the new list is released, all good then. New list expected in Feb/Mar 2023. Nothing confirmed. Just an educated guess based on info sourced from @Elioty33 crystal ball.
No idea on your 3/4AM stock or troops but I would take Ariel (5* healer with 24% mana gen special plus clean) or Poseidon (5* mana ailment blocker).

I feel like im almost at the point where i take her or i basically have to just let all my other coins/gems/eht pile up. I did see the same time frame as you for additional heroes and kind of just assumed they would be better.
