To be honest i dont think my defense could score well so i will focus on offensive better this time

Telluria available at every portal in the month.
Heimdall featured 1 month & available at a very small chance in one specific portal each month since.

Far as I am aware, no. You can buy-in as many times as you like… Most I’ve seen is 2x times but then the tournament ended…

UCLApack did a nice video on Telly strategies and had success with attacking her with green. She was especially fond of taking Tarlak with her, and Evelyn can’t hurt either. If people put Vela next to her, you also go strong on her with green. Bringing Telly yourself can work too. I’ll let people choke on my LotL +18

Heimdall has the benefit of NOT being as widely ustilised to develop teams & strategies against…

In saying that, if you have a strategy for beating one, the same strategy would work for the other.
