More Insights & Reading
I highly recommend reading these three threads for more information and context on summoning odds:
If you’ve read them a million times before, you may consider reading them again before deciding on your budget for summoning. A little time spent deciding on how much money you want to risk on summoning goes a long way to avoiding disappointment, frustration, and regret later.

He steals all buffs from all enemies to himself, and deals 280% damage to all. All enemies get -35% defense. He is a monster support hero. The insanity requires thought after the first activation, but left wing fire once, and then three massive hits from the team will take many down.
I think the 55 insanity prevents the OP discussion.
Same, but hope they will give to him passive, because every Shadow hero have it. Also 3 and 4* missed it
Also with this passive need check DD is for real removed or same mistake
I had a solid ten pull with prof whatever and this guy whom i am not impressed with at all… first insanity hero and my God what a disappointment. I really wanted delores but whatever then my 2 bonus draws i landed were what made it worth it. Got Bernadette & jana so im oretty stoked there. But wulfston orobably sitting at 1.1 til the rework this card hopefully like they did to dulafulr
If he’s stealing all buffs from all enemies, why only selfishly for himself? He should be hatter at this point. It’s a wasted skill, compounded with his high insanity inflicted to himself. which I guess it’s only really meant to counter taunt.
That’s the problem, he’s not high reward enough to justify what he’s doing
I just pulled him, but am confused by his mechanics. If he steals a 10% attack buff from one enemy and a 20% attack buff from another enemy, which one sticks? Does order matter (like, does he steal them from left to right, so the right-most buff overwrites the others, being the most recent?).
I also assume it only steals buffs applied by enemy skills? If an enemy gets 20% defense buff from a family bonus, that’s not stealable, right?
I assume dance effects can’t be stolen?
Can he steal positive stacks? How about “heal over time” effects that might help reduce his madness?
Thanks to anyone who has these answers Despite these questions, I’m pretty excited to have him. He seems fantastic: steal attack/crit buffs, then deal 350% damage using those boosted stats – and without fear of retribution from (most) counter-attacks.
Oh, wow, thanks! Looks like he steals her boosted health-over-time buff, but not her attack buffs or her +20% critical hit buffs – both of which are undispellable. (I assume that damage-reduction and critical hit chance came from enemies other than Chloris). Thanks again!
