Roughian & Nurgib or Zagrog… I’m less confident in, but I know these two are solid HOTM

Completely agree with @RandaPanduh on Hohenwerf but as I haven’t any experience with Kahgen costume am leaning towards Roughian & Nurgib (mana steal) or Guardian Kong (dispell & reflect although you do have mitsuko)

I note that your Kong doesn’t come with costume! Which is a real shame, because that really made him a significant pick for me - and possibly disrupts the messages from others too…
From this list, it’s an easy shortlist of CC Khagan vs. Hohenwerf, and my personal choice be…
CC Khagan!
The bonus mana over time and the beeefy stats will be really impactful. Whilst the mindless control fiends are pretty neat… his mindless attack is theoretically easier to counter than traditional debuff applications

I would go with Hohenwerf if you have another 5* gargoyle. If not then I would go with Hohenwerf anyway. Then C-Khagan next. And probably Baldur 3rd.
