Was just starting on Khufu and pulled Hohenwerf. Very different I know, but who would you suggest? This will be my first 5* red to ascend
Current ascended refs below. Other 5* reds include Zagrog at 3/70 and at 1/1 - C-Elena, Tahir, Azlar, & Khagan. Only other ascended 5* so far are C-Drake Fong and C-LotL. No good blue or purple 5* yet so holding off
as long as khufu isn’t nerfed, he is a time bomb

On offense, Hohenwerk comes much more handy being fast and with mind control. For defense, Khufu. Slow heroes are generally more niche, so considering your limited roster, I do think that the gargoyle will be much more useful (the stoneskin is also one great skill)
Hohenwerf may throw in a sneaky punch and screw your entire team up if you’re not careful. But khufu is just a league of his own.
Doesn’t matter how nerfed khufu is in the future, he’s good in a lot of game modes and there’s more value to use him
