Which one is best for my next ice hero, and question about Fenrir

Hi guys, first of all I need to say many opinions I saw about heros were basically on defence team power and performance but because I have Krampus for defence so consider power of hero in war.
My maxed heros are Krampus ( and his broken costume), Ariel, Forsth and Athena.
My other are Second Krampus, second Forsth, Fenrir, Magni, Isarnia and Richard all without costume. Before nerfing costume Krampus I wanted to bring him up again but now I am not sure.
Finally about Fenrir healing skill, if he deal 600 damage and enemy has 300 health points, how much he receives health? 300 points or 150 points.
Thanks in advance.

Fenrir will only heal the damage he actually deals, so if he ā€˜does 1000 damageā€™ but the opponent only has 2 HP left, heā€™ll only heal 1 Hp. Hope that makes sense?

Itā€™s difficult to say who would be best to ascend next as depends on the rest of your roster and your need. But if was me, looking at the blues you have, Iā€™d go Fenrir, although not the best hero there, I like to have some variety in my roster, and you donā€™t have a blue sniper listed. Heā€™s pretty fun to play with too.

Thanks I think same too

I agree with @UnicornBoi in its difficult without knowing your roster however My first thought was magni for his dd but as you have athena defensive down is covered so of those listed i would also say Fenrir.

I have Fenrir, and use him a lot on offence. Is nice to have him next to Glenda in a blue stack. He really hits hard if you have a target with less than half health and Glenda has cast her special.

i find it pretty amazing how reliable Fenrir is as a killshot. so many snipers and hitters in my other teams that leave the enemy with 16 HP while iā€™ve never had that problem with Fenrir, even if the target has beefy minions. i run a C. Kiril on that team, so with defense down it makes the kill shot even easier to hit through minion shields.

I really regret spending scopes on fenrir. He is really tough to use effectively, in all honesty I would use regular magni over him. Most of the time you end up holding his special until you can find a hero with less then 50% health. And in the time it takes to get one you could have fired magni twice. So imo regular magni is more effective. If he was vfast then he would be a lot more effective but as is he is just a hero you max if you have zero other options.

go for magni.

fenrir is a trash hero

Magni is awful. And I have one 4/39. Havenā€™t leveled him even a lvl in months

Magni and Isrania are good for titan.

He doesnā€™t have costume. Fenrir only choice and 150 heal

LOLā€¦of course an unfinished hero is awful! Without maxing and embleming most heroes are ā€œawfulā€. Magni is good. Far from awful.

Magni without costume is awful in comparison to any hero. So, any hero 4/39 is better than Magni 4/39

A second Krampus might be the best thing for you to focus on, depending on how much you use your other Krampus.

Personally I would go with Fenrir, even if he is a mixed bag like a Captain Nemo, his potential when dealing with weakened heroes is great and same is true of his hit on weakened Titans.

Hmmm. Well, agree to disagree! Have fun with your Thorne!! LOL

Depending of your enemies, quite often any hero can underperform without emblems. I hope that we can all agree that Garnet is not trashā€¦ Well, without emblems she was often unusable because she was dying very easily. Now she is at +9 and she is good, but still can die with some repeated slash attacks on herā€¦

I remember people in top 10 alliances saying that they very rarely use heroes that are not fully emblemed because they are a liability at that levelā€¦

Of course, it depends also on the rest of your team and play style (for example I donā€™t consider my Heimdall +6 such an amazing hero as some people say he is because he is slow and he is not emblemed enoughā€¦ ) Even the famous Octros, without a proper mana troop and enough emblems, is not the monster people say he isā€¦

Anyway, my point is that if a player can make good use of a certain hero, that hero is not trash. But of course, you need to check if you can get the hero at that particular level with (usually) a mana troop and emblems

There have been good comments above, and I canā€™t comment on Magni because I donā€™t have him, but Fenrir is a lot of fun on offense, and when matched with a defense-down hero heā€™s awesome.
