I have 13 warm capes and 8 telescopes. Who should I level after my second Gato is complete?
I am leaning towards Sonya for the blue dispel (handy for a few tournaments and war). I know people love Grimm, but I still think Sonya gives me the most upgrade.
I think either Grimm or Sonya is fine. Both should be finished, just preference which to do first.
Agree with @phoshop, both are okay. IMO you already have Isarnia def down althought she is slow, so I think it should be Sonya 1st.
Sonya is also my choice. You have more than 1 hero the hits more than 1 enemy, there for you do not need another splasher.

Don’t forget Grimm for your 2nd team. 
I prefer maxing a first Grimm, who packs a ton of wallop than Sonia.
Sonya or Grimm, before anything else
If I had a Sonya I would out my Blue’s on hold and finish her first.
In my honest opinion, Sonya or Grimm, then Kiril and Triton
