Wondering what people think of such raid and war defense:
Kage+9 Kingston +9 Ursena+9 Joon +9 Seshat +9

There is no issue with the hero types despite what vdk suggested, a fast hitting attack minded defense team is often better than a slower one filled with healers.
I would actually be not afraid to bring in a mono yellow against this team, but of course that is what ursena could punish if she goes off. Did you try in your raid defense how this setup works? What other maxed 5 stars you have?
Haven’t tried as Ursena is 1/1. Am just thinking ahead and plan.
Am usually 2550-2600 cups so like experimenting as getting bored 
Have also Hel+8, Mitsuko +9, Guin, Liana, Frida+3 ( can take to +10 if ever decide to strip Falcon ) and many 4*+18 but irrelevant for defence.
Am these days with Guin tank but as you have seen, not giving her emblems and they are going to Hel as frankly after i got Seshat even Guin +10 is of my favorite tanks to raid so don’t see the point in spending emblems with her, considering we are running purple tanks in wars and won’t switch to yellow in the foreseeable future.
In the composition above was seeing potentially a very punishing defense for relatively bad boards,
Invites yellow stack which is being punished by Ursena, Kingston lowering the attack and the others eliminating heroes fast.
Was just looking for opinion from experienced players - would have expected people telling me need to go rainbow… the 2 purples on wings were to invite yellows as Ursena really punishes yellow stack- if not frankly I don’t find her so scary and usually am taking her and the teams with mono blue or red.
All opinions appreciated - can save me expensive decisions and time
If it helps a bit, i tried to look around in a few top alliances and the top100 players list today. I have found that Ursena is now quite widely used in defence teams, mostly as tank or sometimes flanking guin. In almost all cases where she was tank it was a rainbow team.
I have found 1 team of pure dark-yellow setup with kunchen in centre and 2 teams with dark-yellow-dark on one side and ursena tank:
In my personal view you already have brilliant maxed heroes that can keep you at 2500-2600 cups with defense and i do not see a huge leap forward with introducing ursena, maybe a minor improvement (but i think the defense you proposed would actually work fine) . Also from what I see no defense keeps you really much over 2600 cups, if you reach higher cups then you are over time kicked back to this range.
I would rather start thinking how you could use ursena in your offense teams to your benefit and decide based on that.
Of course some opinion from players that own her would help, i am speaking only from a view of fighting her on other defense teams.

As a major proponent and plank-holder of the Yurple Defense I would say you need another yellow on the left flank…and yes, stacking mono yellow (as many weaker teams try) would stand a chance, but more times than not Ursena would destroy them. But, I am a noob so who knows?
Edit: Also, you have to mind your troops…if you go triple purp and two of your purp troops are significantly lower than if you had rainbow, you could be hurting yourself and skewing results.

Why not try it? If your alliance is set on dark war tanks you’ll probably want to up Ursena anyways I suppose - she’s a pain there.
I’d probably still go yellow on your setup, wings make it too easy. Don’t know if it’s just me, but doubling a flank colour in opposite wing is my least favorite to attack of the non rainbow teams.
My current Lianna-Guin-Kunch-GM-Poseidon is holding cups better than anything I’ve tried before, I’m a bit surprised but maybe I’m not alone disliking such setups.
Thank you for taking the time for even researching teams like this. Funny the first picture is of a guy from my alliance. I will most probably do Ursena and move the emblems from Mitsuko as she is sturdy enough without them and for sure is better tank than Hel for our alliance wars.

Thank you for commenting - as your defense is frankly what got me thinking of running 3 purples.
However as you are pointing out - don’t think will reach a point like you with 3 purple and 2 yellow all 5 of them with 30 level troops.
P.S Hope will reach your level of “noob” at some point

Frida+3 Kage+9 Guin Mits+9 Seshat+9 - is holding quite good - just won 50% defenses from 2800 cups on the way down.
Strangely or not Frida left wing is better for me than Liana in this set up
