Which emblem path u suggest for this hero?
I am super psyched to try Treevil out. Thanks for all the insight in previous posts! My initial thought was he wd be a great tank in 3* tournament defense. At tank he’d get hit enough for his overwhelming skill to fire despite ve-e-e-ry slo-o-o-ow speed. But I’m a pretty new player (about 6 months) and hapless strategically. So I didn’t even think about rush tournaments!
I want to try a 3* tournament defense with multiple copies of Treevil and Shrubbear. Maybe Sh - Sh - Tr - Sh - Sh? Unfortunately despite absurd, embarrassing, financially disastrous overspending, I still only have 2 Shrubbears.

So the child of Telluria is born and everybody is rushing to him instead of asking for a much needed adjustment to its skill.
It’s time to acknowledge that it’s not the hero nor the game to be broken: the player base is 
pretty much a dead baby on arrival…in a literal context
Also, be prepared for a 5 treevil all LB max emblem team in every rush tourney. You know that’s going to happen eventually

Just got my second Treevil - and plan to level him also.
He is… awesome.
The first 2 raids I tried with him on the team pretty much rained purple tiles to help showcase him.
With Grimble, with overhealers, vs less heavy hitting defenses - he will be just as good if not better than most 5*s. I generally bring 2 overhealers anyway, and Grimble comes along vs Freya/Bera/Frosth teams, so those 2 factors are nothing new. But I think he would struggle vs a Morel/Frigg/Oct/Odin/Liz defense or similar. Which is fine, I am happy to bring him along to a subset of my normal raids and have him star in VF stuff.
I think if you are limiting him to 3* stuff you are very much underestimating his value.
Note: he is LB but at level 50 for the moment

How about rush wars? Please experiment when the time comes. And also using him on rush war defence, I think he needs dodge support there as well

Using treevil on offense rush wars is quite easy, it’s putting him on defense that’s the challenge
Yeah I mean it’s all relative to your level in the game. At my level there’s no way I could as it will be picked on very quickly.
But if you are used to less than say 4400 defences then there’s an argument for him in there if you have some decent hitters to capitalise on the down defence.
Might be picked on quickly, but his skill could wreck even the best players in rush wars if the board isn’t there. Putting him on the wing behind an Alfrike tank could do some serious damage to an attacking team.

If there are no mana boosts for the opponent, then after firing Treevil they will charge in 6.5 / 0.56 = 11.6 so 12 tiles.
Even with mana troops it can go down to about 10-11 tiles…
