That is a helpful chart indeed but it has nothing to do with getting the bonus mat lol. It only indicates how many rolls you get for mats in general for any given titan.
Edit: The bonus mat is an extra roll at the end. It’s either yes or no as far as I understand it. It is completely separate from the normal rolls for mats.
Probably you are getting mats from ads or elemental chest etc, so titan bypassing you. Recently i finished rare titan with C grade, and i got bonus. But last 4 months elemental chests are empty.
If you get from other sources like chests, ads (except quests), then you wont get mats from titans even you finish with A+
If you look closely, you can see an increase in the chance of getting a mate 4 * due to the titan rating and your damage. And it does not happen that luck is predictable.
No. I’m talking ONLY about the BONUS mat. This has absolutely nothing to do with normal rolls for mats. I don’t understand why that’s hard to understand.

Someone has the Titan parts that are distributed in each section of Harpoons in 14* titans even though it is the same amount in the lower level titans
Titan Parts
Know the difference in parts of Titan from the first section of Harpoons to the second and third in the prize.
Example first section of harpoons…5 parts of titan
Second section…third section of Harpoons
Each tier of Titan loot only gives extra chances of loot - it does not give guaranteed loot.
Due to RNG sometimes a B grade can yield better results than an A grade 
Most times, if it’s me that gets an A.

Dropping them back down again. What’s the point of killing harder foes if you get the same garbage reward? Cost more in mats to kill it.
Does anyone know if the more harpoons thrown there are more chances of obtaining the Titan Skulls?

titan star and your score(your grade & loot tier basically) determine the odds for specific item rarities
they added titan parts into the same system they’ve always used
i probly need to look at guvnor’s data before finishing this response but we’ll see what happens as i feel pretty confident in my answer
