How did it go?
I am choosing between Lianna (with costume) and Telly right now. Already have three excellent tanks and thinking that Lianna makes more sense because I am short of top notch snipers in wars.
We see a lot of blue tanks in war so both will be useful additions. As it stands 3-70 Lianna NEVER comes along to play but a maxed Lianna-C would (plan to take her to 4-1 and then max the costume, eventually max her too).
i maxed telluria like i said. iām happy with the decision since i got freya too and there is some great synergy. usually use them whenever i can on quest and season 3. minions are a very cool mechanic that allows you to do some damage if you tend to stack heavily and you have to work a bad board meanwhile. telluria is definitely my main green healer now and she brings a lot of nice effects to the table. really an excellent hero.
for wars, i still use melendor in the first mono green stack, and then telluria comes into play usually in my 6th attack, which is the weakest. the thing is, if you look at my mono green stack, it is highly destructive already, so my first mono green attack is the same as raids: if the boards are good, i win, no matter mel or telluria, even if she is definitely an upgrade over melendor. there were (very few) instances where telly or her minions managed to finish a very weak enemy off.
so, telluria can carry a team in a mixed or less attack oriented stack. i got my 5th tonic in a war chest today so lianna is not too far off now, and to be honest, i think she will greatly increase the destructiveness of my stack. so much so that now kingstons attack could now be potentially used on enemies that will not be under eveās def down status (since lianna hits hard enough as opposed to caedmon, i could finish two enemies with eve, lianna and elkanen, and use kingston for his nice attack debuff on other enemies, a status that i donāt manage to use enough because of my playstyle and synergy. right now i usually have to use all 4 of them to finish enemies under def-down status)
with all tell does, lianna seems straight up boring. however, tell heals, but that heal is dispellable, she is bulky but not immortal, minions are very nice (and cute too!) but dont hit that hard, mana slow is great but still wont save you from an unfortunate cascade, she hits but itās more like a caress. lianna might actually kill something meanwhile. so in short, you canāt go very wrong with either and both should be maxed eventually, but if you need snipers donāt think too much and ascend lianna, especially with costume.
edit- i was reading past responses again and infinite got it right basically. in the same position i would go for telly again but there was a key factor: i already had kingston as a sniper (and freya which made minion play a viable mechanic but that was of lesser concern at the time). without kingston i would have ascended lianna first for sure.

I believe that I will go with Lianna now and hope that tonics come in abundance over the course of the next months.
I have tank options that will keep me in Diamond and am very overweight on support heroes (I like them) and would like someone to really back up Evelyn.
