Nobody says anything against pulling heroes if you understand what you will likely get. Most people hope they will get lucky, some will - many will not. And even complaining about that is not the real problem, everybody sometimes feels frustrated, like nothing really works out for them and they need to shout at the whole world. Nothing wrong with that.
There are two problems I can see with this kind of posts:
One are the people that don’t understand that even spending 100€ or more won’t guarantee you anything and start complaining that it’s unfair.
Which I don’t really think it is. The odds are bad, but unfairness implies to me that somebody gets favored over someone else which clearly isn’t the case. The odds are the same for everyone.
The second is creating new threads for something so profound.
