Im having a hard time deciding who to level…
Have 10 tonics, so soon will be able to level two…
I will wait till Zooc comes out, but other one cant say…
Or its better to wait till Valhalla?

Kadilen, her costume is great if you are lucky to get one
Margaret and Atomos are fun to play with.
In my honest opinion, in your shoes, I would wait for the next Green HOTM.
If you don’t get him then I would consider Lianna, Atamos, Margaret in that order.
Whichever hero you choose, good luck

You don’t need Atomos or Groot (for Raid tournament tank) if you have Telly. Many people will tell you that a 2nd Lianna will never be regretted, but if I were you I’d wait for Zeline/Zooc/Alby to fall into your lap.
I agree with Angkrtr on one point though. Marg can be a lot of dodgy fun.

I’ll definitely max my 3-70 Kadilen if i get her costume. fingers crossed but my costume luck is horrid.

Only costume i have is for Elk…
I do have some pulls in plan…Zooc should come in my laps 
Why Marg? No high dmg…only dodge…i have Inari for that…
Atomos? To pair with?
Zeline would be great but to get her…

I HAD the same issue. I currently have 4 maxed nature legendaries in Albe, Telly, Eve and Lianna & costume while I also have 3/70 Eve, 3/70 Lianna, 3/70 Greg, 3/70 Kad and 3/70 Elk, 3/70 Atomos and unleveled Chameleon. Ascended the 2nd Lianna since I have her costume and currently working on her original version to max, which will be followed by her costume. I still have 10 tonics and soon I will be ascending 2 of my other nature legendaries. I want the Kadilen costume so that would boost my inclination to ascend her, otherwise, the contenders would be 2nd Eve, Greg or 3rd Lianna.
