I was fortunate enough to pull Vela which is my only blue 5* hero, as much as I would hate to do it, I am considering pulling my druid emblems from zimkitha and putting them on Vela for my defense in the flank position? I am mostly wanting to run a rainbow team instead of two reds and I am not sure if this is a smart move or instead running with my current setup?
Any input is appreciated and also my alliance runs purple tanks with Guin being my only maxed 5* yellow although I do have Vivica and Justice.
Zimkitha is the only fast 5* cleanser in the game. Meaning she will be one of the few who can “sort-of” handle the Feb HOTM who will burn everyone to death.
She is tanky and provides good support to snipers.
I agree with @FrenziedEye on this, Zim is absolutely amazing heroine and I also wouldn’t strip emblems from her and considering her lower defense stat, she needs those emblems imho.
My Zim needs 92 emblems to be +20, and I can’t wait. She is a proven winner on my squad and druid emblems love me. I could see power creep stripping her, but Vela doesn’t have that right.
That’s one of the reasons I was not as ecstatic about pulling Vela, Zimkitha gets the Druid emblems until she is maxed. Vela waits. Ranvir waits. Kadilen waits. Caedmon waits. Melendorkus waits… Druid emblems don’t come quick enough for me.
The only exception to this rule is if your red team is strong and blue is weak. Having balance can be more important than this slightly improvement. On hero grading spreadsheets Vela is both A on flank and wing
