i’m signed in to Game Center (IOS) now i’ve been advised to uninstall and re-install the game… will this make me lose my progress?
If your progress is saved with Game Center account, then technically you should not lose any progress if you reinstall the game and then sign in to the same Game Center account.
But, why do you want to reinstall the game? Is it not working properly?

i tried to get a level 12 house hero. it took my resources and didn’t give me one… instead i got the red i in my hero icon, i’ve contacted support and their advice is to uninstall and reinstall the game… i’m rather nervous about it as id hate to lose my progress… and i’m really contemplating just living with that red i cause i also don’t know if the saving of the progress is automatic or what do i have to do?

Hi @GranFelinoMayor, from the info in your post and statement/screenshot, this could be a problem that needs attention. Here’s a a couple of screenshots with some information that is suggested. Please keep in mind that I’m not Tech Support, but your current issue might need that level of attention.
Once you clicked on the options icon above, please click on the “support” tab (between “settings” and “about”) and I suggest that you follow the 3 steps in the below screenshot:

It’s the first time I have ever seen a red ! icon on Heroes tab
Have you tried tapping on Heroes to see what happens?
