Firstly, welcome to the forum.
You might want to post pictures of your hero roster, if you want suggestions on which heros to ascend.
Also, this game is a marathon, not a sprint. If you thought it wasn’t, this might not be the game for you.

Don’t hurry. Read some guides while your flags reload and buildings finish 
Welcome Valex!!! I suggest you start by thinking: How can I have fun quickly? It is easy to have fun quickly! Getting high level heroes and their ASCENSION MATS takes a long time. Don’t be tempted to spend money on heroes: you will not have what you need to power them up!!! You will end up sad and disillusioned, angry, cranky, and no one will want to be around you.
To progress quickly so you have useful heroes that will take you through the game for the next year while you collect ascension mats for higher level heroes, start by collecting 3* heroes. “Feed” your 1 and 2* heroes to your 3* heroes. Many people start by feeding one of each color and work on 5 at a time. While you are busy playing the levels and building a strong rainbow team, take time to read the excellent player guides on the forum. You will learn a lot and avoid big mistakes (such as don’t feed away your first Bane!)
You NEED 3* heroes forever in this game. I am not making this up. You will need them for challenge events & tournaments. They are much faster to level than 4* heroes. The happiest, best & most useful players in my alliance started by leveling six 3* teams before they did anything else. You will need 6 teams to be useful in the wars, so start with your 3* heroes while you wait for your 4* ASCENSION MATS (4 and 5* heroes are much easier to get than ascension mats, and the heroes are rare!!!).
When you can, join a good teaching alliance that is friendly & can help you with strategies. You will have fun and get loot to give you more ascension mats more quickly when you battle Titans & fight in alliance wars.
Focus on having fun. This game takes at least a year to get to the higher levels, so focus on having fun while you’re building your team!!!

Layla become obsolete and feeder hero then, i fed by first layla to bane

You can do it that way, but just so you know, you get more progress if you feed same color heroes to each other. So you could feed Layla to Balthazar or Gan Yu to Bane. If you don’t have a purple 3*, you can either save it or feed it.

You’ll hit a frustrating road block at some point… whether it’s the heroes you want or the mats you need to ascend them. Better to just slow down, learn the game, and enjoy the journey.

Wait? What is “normal life”?? There are only hero’s, raids and ascension materials? Unless I’m missing something…?
