Poison mist stages

Help as I need to complete a quest please :roll_eyes:
I don’t get it…I thought it is any stage on a map with those monsters that do poison you…but after I did season 1 - 16:7 it didn’t not add me anything.

I just started 2nd season…done only 4 on 1 stage

S2 province 1 stage 3 is what you want to go for then.
