At the start of each battle, this Hero regenerates 300 boosted health over 6 turns. Boosted health can exceed max HP. In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.
Special Skill: Cut, Cure and Craze
Deals 440% damage to all enemies.
Heals all allies for 35% of the damage dealth.
All allies get +45% chance to dodge Special Skills for 5 turns. Each dodge inflicts 10 Insanity on the attacker.
Inflicts 55 Insanity to the caster.

Heroes become stronger when teamed with other unique Heroes of the same family.

Bonus for 1 / 2 / 3 Heroes:
+20% / +30% / +40% attack

Changes from Beta
Hero is renamed from Secret Hero XIII to Penelope.
Passive is removed.
Attack is increased from 1062 to 1165.
Defense is increased from 1122 to 1169.
Health is increased from 1854 to 2163.
Damage is reduced from 450% to 440%.
Healing x% of the damage dealt is reduced from 50% to 35%.
Insanity debuff on Dodge is reduced from 25 to 10.

So I could bring a dispeller and pretty much not worry about insanity hitting my team
Well, at least they dodge all specials (and not just specials that deal damage)…so even non damage dealing dispellers such as Violet Potts / Melendor / Sabina / Blossom etc are at risk.
Worse though, a buff block / greed would render her pretty much useless other than the direct damage…but don’t think anyone would want to bring her just for the 450% damage at slow mana, especially since she gets a hefty 55 insanity after the first cast
Also, why?? Why are they doing this with the newer Shadow heroes?! Makes them even less appealing
10 insanity for dodge is more fair I believe, every attack could possibility make him/herself from 10 to 100 insanity dependent to the number of dodges.
max dodges is 5 from most common special skills… that’s 50 insanity … most of the time 2 or 3 heroes will dodge…
it is impossible to get 100 insanity on a target except extremely unlucky farrah
the reward isn’t worth the risk of 55 self insanity
Big big hit nice heal on top of it and doging for 5 turns with cumulative insanity. Pair her with 2 or more healers to help mitigate the self insanity (i run 2 - 3 healers anyway) and she is a devastating attack/support hero
Still shocked they made her worse at release than pre release. I guess now that secret heroes aren’t a .01% chance they are like “F it, release them as garbage now we’ve spent enough time on them”
