Hi everyone! So I m playing for one year, I have a good roaster (Khepri, C. Tyr, Oniwakamaru, Sneferu, C. Thor, Grace, Ariel, R & N, Pengi) but I dont have any 5* completed for minion play. I can ascend only one of the following and I was wondering who would you choose:
Galapago (+ eliminates all minions, does damage to all, has great stats
the damage is not very big, has fast and average mana and a charged skill)
Bera (+ she creates minions which would also help me combine her with my Pengi, does poison mana, doesnt let the enemy have miniona for 3 rounds, I dont have any finished miniin summoners
very basic stats, doesnt kill enemy’s minions)
Eiora and Fluffy (+she is the strongest sniper in the game, reduces max heath of minion owners
she only damages and kills one enemy’s minions, average mana, medium stats)
yeah I actually mean that he has two different charges - 1 that is less powerful and one more powerful. It doesnt charge like Ninjas but he goes like this
fast - weak skill
average - strong skill
then again fast - strong skill etc.
I took Freya from the previous fated, I really like her! but I will fully ascend only one purple minion summoner and Bera is the one I choose between the two! I have them both in 3/70 and use them with Pengi on war attacks

I will only say one thing! Everything you say is exactly true and you have put everything I would answer already there yourself. The exact order and the reasons for each decision.
trust your instincts you are correct and I fully agree with you! (Well the alternative is we are both idiots of course :D, but let´s not focus on that for too long)
And he does it in a worse manner than Grimble and Topaz, not to mention Alucard or Ogima. So, he is maybe the 6th best minion remover in the game and we have 6 of them
I can´t speak for @Kenji69666, but I agree, Galapago isn´t amazing. I don´t find him horrible either, especially with his stats.
The problem why he isn´t especially good as far as minion-killers go: He only removes them, but doesn´t punish having them like the others do.
Grimble, Topaz, Alucard all produce mana for your team when removing minions.
Ogima and Skadi (she doesn´t auto-remove them though) put nasty negative stacks on the enemy when killing the minions.
Galapago only removes them and nothing else. It´s of course better than nothing, but it´s not as good as the others. Of course there are other minion removers in this game so the 6 of 6 was an exaggeration. I would say Galapago is the best out of all the rest But still doesn´t get close to the really good ones.
Yeah I understand, thanks! good thing is that he hits them all after removing the minions. If he had just the second skill (with the healing buff) and not the first one he would be way better… I just got Cel btw from the Masked Gods so now I m thinking that Bera will come second as a minion summoner…but still I m not going nuts over Galapago so I will wait a bit and not ascend anyone cause I dont have many materials to spend either way
Since Galapago and Bera are different colors they hardly even compete with each other. fact is it is extremely helpful to have some anti-minion heroes and it is also fact that for most people there will always be other heroes better than their own. That is true for all their heroes and not a good reason to not work on the available heroes.
While neither Galapago or Bera are top of their class, both are still more than worth maxing, if you already had 2 Ogima and 3 Alucard maxed this would be different, but that is not the case.
Depends on where/what you want cel for and what team. Cel is very powerful but slow, bera is still very good, weaker stats being older but she is fast and that can be a tremendous asset.
yeah they compete only in the manner that I have only one damascus blade and one purple book but plenty of 5* heroes waiting on 3/70 waiting to be finished! (see picture) Also I know that I wont be finishing everyone cause eventually another one more OP will come up and I might get him so I m really careful on which ones I choose to spend my materials haha (I will have 1 damascus blade and 1 purple book in two months again)! I have the ascension material for yellow, purple and green heroes rn but not for blue and red. If I had the blue ai would go with Cel before Galapago or Bera, if I had the red I would probably again choose C. Khagan over them… so maybe I ll wait a bit and not max anyone yet
