I know I’ve asked before, but final thread on this. Who gets the tome. Here is my defense and my mono teams.
One vote for Athena - her defense-down is spectacular - makes her great for any and all offense teams and Titans.

Moreau would be the biggest improvement to your mono teams. But Athena is the hero I’d most want for the defense down.

Athena all the way
She’ll improve all of your titan scores, pairs very nicely with Frida in raids/stacks, and gives you one of the best defense downs in the entire game (so she’s great for events too)
+ I don’t see a 5* defense downer in your roster, so adds some depth that-away too
Dr. Moreau would be better for raids (offensively and defensively), therefore should be considered next, but ultimately, when it comes to obtaining more mats:
Athena will do much more for you.
