Hi!
I need another advise - this time for my next red 5*. 
I think red is so far my weakest color and I have limited options. Here is my current 5* roster:

I have 6 rings, so I could max a new red one. What do you think? Should I max one of my options (Russel?) or should I wait for other options and continue with other colors or 4*\3*?

I would max out Zim out of that group of red. Damage to all, cleanse, attack up, 4% heal to all (if paired with another 2018 HOTM) all at fast speed, and don’t forget the minimum of a 10% defense bonus. You can take her anywhere.
I find Zim to be the most useful of those reds. Without costumes I’d avoid Khagan and Azlar.

Zimkitha is a good choice, but there is a bit of overlap there with the mighty Kong - he does cleanse too, and when I say he hits all he really HITS them. Average speed though, and doesn’t do the other stuff (though he does do increased defence against blue, like JF).
This is why I didn‘t level her so far. I thought maybe I would go for a sniper or another type of hero. What do you think of Russel? I have 3 copys of him… 
Is non-costumed Marjana an option?
You have Yang Mai, and Nemo, for that. Cleanse, and more especially attack buff, I see even less of.

I haven’t levelled my Russell yet so I couldn’t help you with that, I’m afraid. My non-costumed Marjana waits at 3.70 for the costume, or for some spare rings (as if that’s going to happen!). What I usually suggest is to work both up to 3/70, play around with them in maps and lower levels of events and see which one makes you happier. I can say they would probably go pretty well together as Marjana can set up the initial burn to get Russell stoked for action.
Marjana is famous as the sniper who thinks she’s a tank, or possibly vice versa. She survives well with sturdy stats and rogue dodge but doesn’t do a whole lot of damage. She was popular for a long time because red was so poor for damage dealers - now it’s not, she’s basically viable with the costume but lacklustre at best without it. But you probably know all that. I got her quite late in the game so she sits on the bench with five other 3.70 legendaries, all waiting for those elusive rings. It was six until I took the plunge with Khagan recently. Russell will almost certainly be next.

Zimkitha is a fast red cleanser which are scarce among 5* (though you do have a Kong, but more cleansers never hurts) and brings some damage and attack boost on top. I’d go with her.
