FWIW, setting up a new alliance is tough if you haven’t made a lot of contacts in your E&P journey. There’s a lot of alliances to choose from if you are an active daily player.

Thanks for response. Yes I am daily active, but trying to start new alliance for few reasons:

  1. low war score so I can have time to fine tune players in war
  2. easy titans to smash

All other aliances have high war score and high titans.

I need to be leader to enforce strict rules. Kick if war flags is not used or titan not attacked. With some degree of flexibility.
I even planned on filming fights for low performing members so I can see where they are wrong.
Our war strategy is usually 3-2. I lead 50 wars till now. with 80% win ratio.

we have some really high levels now, few newcomers from 20 -30 lvl are more then welcome.
