2x 30 Pulls & 1x10 pulls: four legendary Heroes, Pull No.67 was Jove.
Very lucky, 0,2%, this was the hero i wanted to pull.
Of course i does not run this way every time: i pulled hundreds of heroes in the Halloween-Event to get Miriam. I did not get her. But at least Alucard.

Did a 10x pull - No 5* heros but 50% of the heros I pulled, I didn’t have already - looking for the silver lining

When we were testing this portal in Beta a couple of weeks ago, I pulled EXTENSIVELY (and I really mean it, a couple of thousand of pulls)! For funsies, yes, but also to test how often a 5* would pop-up (regardless of stated %). I’ve focused solely on 30x pulls and in my experience, one 5* would usually pop-up, even if that was a HOTM (which is a different probability, yes, but a 5* nonetheless). Obviously, this is just my experience, and statistically it’s just ONE of the examples.
During Solstice event I completely blew my budget and then some. I think I made around 100 pulls? I don’t remember (for me, that’s a lot), but I do remember I scored 0 5* heroes, not even a HOTM. Then I decided I won’t be pulling mostly till Black Friday (in the meantime, I did and pulled Rayne on a single pull) and I’ll be saving the gems for BF.
Now, I did 65 pulls, 2 30x pulls and in the first 30x pull got Bertilla (dupe), Frida (don’t need her and won’t use her, have King Arthur for EDD) and 3x Morax. Next 30x pull dropped Aeron and that’s it. I made 5 single pulls, first single pull gave me red W3K 5* hero and the rest were food.
What was I gonna say with this?
It was, speaking of odds, great. I landed 7 5* heroes in 65 pulls. Am I satisfied with them? Not really, no.
People post mostly good pulls and lucky ones, like me. I don’t know if I would’ve posted anything if I pulled crap. Maybe, probably no. But I’m very open about my experiences with Beta, how it made me play a lot less and made me appreciate the game even less than before and appreciate my hard earned money a lot more. This game is a money pit you don’t have to jump into if you don’t want to.
May the odds ever be in our favor, eh?

Ouch. Sorry for that.
It’s so random. I am totally F2P and have missed out on all of the new heroes - the slayers, the kingdom, the pets, the new challenge event heroes, etc. So Black Friday offers people like me a good target for those one or two instances per year when a ten pull is possible.
I couldn’t believe my luck. Of the 10 heroes, six were new to me.
Saiorse - 5* Slayer
Ingolf - 4* Villain
Jack O’Hare. - 4* Easter
Yao - 3* Kingdom
Rufus - 3* Pets
Virgil - 3* Styx
Plus Gullinbursti, Ei-Dunn, By-Ulf and Little Chick. (Those last four are pretty common for people who complete the season maps.)
Plus they are giving us free stuff everyday. It seems pretty good. That said, your pulls were terrible. I know that feeling; I get approximately two 10-pulls from coins per year, and I’ve come up empty all too often.

30 pulls in the Black Friday portal and 3 5s. 1 is SE fodder, the other 2 will get leveled. Also a few 3/4s I didn’t have.
We all go through dry spells as odds are crap. But we all know the odds and shouldn’t get upset when we get nada. It is us that a choose to spend or not spend. No one else does it for us.

Graphics, UI and general gameplay = EP
EP is the easiest to navigate.
Customer Service (including User Guides) = Game 2
Dev Biz Etiquette = Game 2
Dev acts swiftly to player cheating, ban 1 month or life.
Event Creativity = Game 2
Map Difficulty = Game 2
Some stages need at least some 5* power to clear, or the right 4/5*
Tournaments or Competitions = Game 2
Players are better matched, if player is savvy enough to know when to hold back. 
War Rules = Game 2
EP is the laziest when it comes to creativity.
Game 1 would be interesting if I had stayed long enough to see how war in beta expanded into live game. Game 1 war is along the lines of castle breaches .
Player camaraderie = all 3 are about the same
So … why did I stop playing Game 2? I reached the point where I would need to expend money to secure AM and other essentials fast or suffer/grind for a considerable period to get them. And I still had to focus on EP cos my buddy was with me. If I had been on my own… 
Now I wouldn’t go back to Game 2. I now have a permanent EP replacement.

So totaling it up, that’s 90 pulls without an event 5* this BF, and 320 pulls in Black Fridays total with only one event 5*

I too stopped spending and quit chasing heroes the day Musketeer heroes appeared in beta.
I have found E&P to be a surprisingly boring game when I am not chasing new shiny heroes, and my play time has decreased significantly.
This is a pleasant surprise to me.
