Brienne oneshotted almost immediately by a critical and i don’t even bother to prepare the board before entering the boss fight.
Still very easy to win.

Team power 3289, 2 axe, 1 dragon attack a few healing potions.Last time i used the same team but now had good boards was easy.

A bit of mana pots to use the Melendor’s debuff and it was almost done for me.

First account:
Not a fun experience, since I can only deal Nature damage, and I lack Melendor. Items were mandatory to beat the bosses.
Second account:
I think I didn’t even attempt to do the second stage. Or, maybe I did, but with all my items.
It was painful. (Why can’t I have Mel or Tibs like anyone else?!
)

Hawkmoon was my only healer for months, and then in a short period I got Rigard, Melendor, Boldtusk, and Sabina.
It took me even longer to get Wu Kong.
So I know what it’s like feeling like you’re missing heroes that everyone else seems to have.
Meanwhile I still don’t have Caedmon. 
If you run tc20 for long enough it’ll fill in those gaps. I ran 3 of them for 6 weeks or so and built up a good 4* roster that way, plus got Vivica and Leonidas.
