Sorry guys but I am not impressed from this hero.
What I see from this video, when you hire you have to move for tails to wait for you opponents hero to hit and after this the burn damage its applied. In more situations you will not see this burn damage because he gave time for charging to your cleanser and the second specials dont help too much, it’s just situationals.
