I just made my first x10 pull

And i feel lucky but at same time a bit unlucky because it was so close but maybe the next time.

Cherise Cat
Boomer
Gretel
Jackal guardian
Sally
Guardian Lemur
Hansel x 2
Sir Lancelot
Phoenicus

I think 7 4 stars from 10 pull is really good but and lucky but maybe 1 5 stars would be better.
What do you think from that heroes, any really interesting to start with him/her?

Thanks.

Congrats! It could definitely be much worse - my worst 10 pull was nine 3* and a Kashhrek

Jackal stands out, yellow elemental defense down is rare. Great for titans and challenge events

Hansel too, fast mana control is ace

Gretel a bit less so, as she’s average mana to Hansel’s fast

And Lancelot can be a good support hero for challenge event

Sally is a good 3* especially for rush

And Phoenicus, some like him for his good buffs to others

Hope you’re settling in alright, lots of stuff to learn.

Best thing is to make sure you’re in a decent alliance with good leadership who can give you advice and help a lot.

This thread has a ton of useful information.

As Sleepyhead said, congrats on your pull, some pretty decent pulls.

5s will come but focus on 3s first, then 4*s then move up when you get the ascension materials.

Not bad at all if you have a small roster. Jackal, Gretel and Hansel will carry your team a long way in the maps. And that’s the perfect way to strengthen your team.

Cheers!

Not a bad pull.

One very important thing to note is that the first 1-2 years of playing this game 4 star heroes will be your “bread and butter” simply because training 5 star heroes requires so many ressources that you dont have in the beginning.

I remember the joy of getting my first 5star, and then after months realising how endless the journey to max it would be.

Prioritise Jackal from that list.

Welcome aboard

Not to mention you are also getting the Costumes for G. Jackal, Hansel, and Cheshire Cat with your 10x pull.

If their costume forms don’t entice you, leveling them can also benefit your base forms for the costume stat boost provided.

Yeah what others have said, this was pretty decent considering.
I did 8 single coin pulls and out of those I received 3x Phoenicus, I mean… come on  I always feed him/her/it away, so maybe I should keep one and it won’t give me it anymore.

On my baby alt account I did a single pull and got Merlin with his costume which is cool.

Obviously as with most things, it could be much worse but could be much better, ultimately it depends how new you are, how much you want 3* and 4* (events, tournaments, etc) and which of those you already had.

Ive just finshed levelling Merlins costume. Havent LBd him. He is weak and slow. Needs team mates to keep him alive.

Hey, if you’re getting started if you’ve got some nice projects there.

Guardian Jackal is yes. Even over the long run, you will want his elemental-defense-down ability basically forever (at minimum, at least until you get that ability on a 5* hero, which could be never — and even then) for when you eventually assemble whole yellow teams…

…but in the short and medium term, it’s still good all by itself as a decent Very Fast sniper!

(Note that once you completely finish ascending and leveling Jackal and its costume, you will only need a yellow troop with +4% mana generation or more for Jackal to fire a Special in only six tiles, i.e. two regular tile matches. That can be a big deal, compared to almost always needing three matches of a single color!)

Hansel is also very, very good, both in raid situations and against nasty bosses — even temporarily taking away a foe’s Special is a very handy tool. (Gretel is of course very similar, if slower but with broader damage, and you can get a little family bonus for using them together.)

I’ve had 10 S1 3* numerous times from 10 pulls so whilst no 5* is always sad you did get more 4* than expected…silver lining to the cloud at least

Sure beats my frequent 10-3* for my “lost count” 10x pulls. Congrats! 70% hit rate for 4* is way above normal.

Just did 44 pulls, got 4 4s and the rest 3 trash. Why oh why do i think this game will ever give up a decent 5*??? Been playing since release, got a decent roster, but not a single new “OP” hero.

The gacha doesn’t give up anything. It requires the parting of money.

If you’re early game then that’s a pretty decent haul. Don’t overlook Cheshire cat though. Wonderful against yellow titans and not too bad for reorganising a team with a difficult tank. Takes a bit of time to learn to use effectively but still decent early game.

Just one gamer’s opinion

Game well :sunglasses: :mechanical_arm:

Not a bad haul for your first ten pull, but try doing your next one when S5 is in play, you will get better heroes all round

Well…

counterpoint the first: for a new player, any “no Season 1” portal is going to be a pretty attractive starter pack. S5 still drops some Gunnars and Hawkmoons — plus, of course, eventually earning your way into Season 5 means most folks will wind up with most all the 3* and even 4* S5 heroes from free coins without having to gem-chase.

—Granted, there are some really useful 3s and 4s in S5, and there is the question of how “eventual” unlocking S5 is… so getting some S5 heroes sooner than later is pretty nice now, but also means the S5 portal will be tend to be more disappointing later.

…speaking of which…

counterpoint the second: everyone has different luck at different portals, but the S5 portal has been pretty much cursed for me on the 5* front, so my personal reaction is a big ol’ eyetwitch whenever I see someone recommend it. YMMV.
