Yesterday, the new VIP Pass came out, offering ten minutes of access daily, upon watching a video.
It states that you have to complete a quest first before using loot tickets (like how it normally works for map stages) however after doing the gem quest it didn’t allow me to use the loot tickets and it didn’t work on any other quests that were out yesterday. Does anyone know how to use them and which quests they work on?
I think you’d need to wait till they forced the uptade

Most quest stages have never been replayable so it’ll likely be useful in the Challenge Events where you can actually replay levels

You will able to use loot tickets on the next occurence of the Quest.
You need to finish any specific quest stage once without loot tickets after the update before you can skip a quest with loot tickets.

I’m not sure. I don’t know if that would work considering that they’re still different, individuals quest… I think you’d still have to do the levels first…
I would guess no, since the mechanics in each colour/elemental contest is different: you have to fill the bar with more/less tiles, and receive more/less in return, for example. So I would guess it’s a no
My best guess is no.
I suppose you need to finish each variaton of a Contest of Elements / Mirages of Omega quest or other quests, which have variations (Costume Quest, Tavern Quest, Rare Quests, etc…) before you can skip that quest with loot tickets.
This was not testable in Beta.
