If you think Shaal is well-balanced, too strong, or too weak — why?
Are there specific, concrete suggestions you’d make to the game designers to alter Shaal? Or are there specific reasons you think they should remain unchanged?
Purpose of this thread:
To provide an aggregate place for the topic here on the forum; thus preventing there being a million threads popping up. And to provide an actual set of impartial votes rather than a Ideas & Feature Requests which has no real voting.
In short, to neaten the forum and to give players and outlet for their thoughts on her balance without bogging down the rest of the forum or the main hero thread.
there are far more problematic heroes than shaal
no nerfs to anyone please, players should learn that heroes fade with time
remember the complaints against khufu? aramis? pengi? Anne? even kadilen c … they didn’t get touched and now they aren’t a problem… and are ok heroes now…
look at heroes who got nerfed, most of them are bad now and a mere shadow of what they used to be (jove, m&m, telluria, krampus c, 3 kindom family… etc)
I do admit that shaal is a strong card, but I think that everything he does is fine at average. I find that it’s alright to have him fire into my team once, especially earlier in the match as I charge my heroes specials to take him out.
absolutely.
poll options should also acknowledge that a hero may be “excessively strong” even while players may not think it “needs a nerf”. SGG may have made an OP hero, but that doesn’t mean they can thieve from players who invested in pulls for it.
And all threads that mess with the advertised power levels that players invest in. As FtP, I’m happy that you get the heroes as designed.
She certainly up there, perhaps more in attack usage?
In a dip into defenses I found that Darkfeather ×8, Phorcys ×14, Vaishali ×12. Sha Wujing ×21, and Hathor ×15, featured regularly.
(NO, I’m not asking for nerf threads!!!)
Shaal can be rendered useless except his damage with a healing cutter like cPerseus… so all he does is damage and even that can be countered by blind, mindless (shift), dodge… he is strong and when the board is not in your favor a brutal opponent, but with the right board and heroes by far not as annoying as Sha
