Any suggestions on recruiting alliance members? We are in need of more committed players to help us take down higher titans for better chances at ascension items!!! Thanks for any advice

Promote your alliance through some of the fun threads like the fighting familiar names thread.

I agree with all the suggestions @Math4lyfe made. I’ve found placing an ad in alliance recruitment the most effective for when we were looking to fill our alliance.
Only thing I’d add is having a “positive” presence on the forum does not hurt either. I believe there are hundreds of posters, but I’d imagine there are twice as many lurkers reading everything.
