My alliance is currently working on a 6* titan and I am the first to craft a harpoon. I know we need 8 harpoons to get the guaranteed drop but if I throw just one harpoon is there a (chance) to get parts and how many?

Not according to the description. Need to hit the number for the first tier before titan parts will drop.
