Athos, Kingston, Leanna, or Tarlak. C2P / POV and MVP mostly F2P have mats for one Green and would like the most well rounded Utility.

I see you’ve asked for someone with utility? The clear choice for me is certainly Athos. He’s a much stronger sniper than Lianna - particularly without any costumes for her, and also has some element of minion removal.
Tarlak only really has a place in your titan busting team for his normal-attack up bonus, and the regen is fairly minimal.
Kingston - I think he can provide some good attack down, so he would be my second choice, but who needs attack down when you can just very fast snipe!

Jade has saved me from so many impossible situations, but Athos is the newer more shiny hero so go for him!

Jade is a choice I would make if I had a few more ninjas to pair as it stands I have Jade and Cobalt with Cobalt still at lvl 1.

Don’t get me wrong, Jade definitely has some great uses with the mana cut, and damage to all even at her first charge! The dodge is unfortunately the part that needs to be charged up to be more viable though, so, I just think you’re more likely going to get some benefits from Athos still

I agree with @Orion_Fervor - Athos, even though he only hits one target, will hit hard, remove minions and be able to keep firing so if used correctly can devestate a team.
I’ve actually started pining for my Kingston recently - I haven’t used him in a while as I took his emblems but I’m trying to work out if it’s worth restoring him. The attack down is very very useful.
Jade, I don’t have, but in spite of the buff is still a bit… meh. But, she would have good utility - just not great on defence. Have you tried taking her on a few raids?
Lianna is just a one-trick pony and sadly, even that trick is old and tired now.
Tarlak - titans only.
Elradir - some people really fight his corner, but his damage is negligable and the aliment reflect - although probably more useful with the increase in burn, poison, bleed, sand and water is not worth the mats if you’re being picky.

Tend to agree with the majority here. Athos first then Jade or Kingston depending upon how your sitting when you get enough mats to do another hero.
And I must say very nice choices to have

I have brought her on a few raids, she really is ok devastating on mana reduction but like you said rarely actually dodges anything. At the end of the day I will probably level her, but only after I get a Ruby or Onyx to pair with her.
I have went with Athos and I truly appreciate all the insight and support!

Athos is by far the most superiour choice.
He is current top meta hero, able to protect/ cover your ally at very fast speed, while being a sniper with self heal.
